Taishiki: Sensing Yourself in Nature
Join me online for one hour each week from March 18th - May 6th for a body awareness practice that reconnects you with your body and senses.
Taishiki is an 8-week online course that blends embodiment, meditation, nature-based therapy, and somatic practices. Participants will experience sensory awareness while calming the mind and rejuvenating the body.
The course enhances embodied meditation and explores our seven senses: sight, smell, taste, hearing, touch, interoception, and proprioception, shifting awareness from analytical thinking to bodily experiences.
It engages the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing cortisol levels and promoting calm. Taishiki encourages reconnection with bodily sensations and deepens your relationship with nature and self.
